Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.

• Customer Service;  ability to effectively communication with the customer to complete necessary documents required for the move
• Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required
• Interact closely with the other moving team members in preparation of the customer goods
• Ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer’s goods
• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the other moving team members
• Have a chauffeur license or able to obtain one to drive box truck for department
• General business support function as assigned

• Ability to clearly communication moving team members
• Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs
• Strong customer service skills
• At least 1 year of experience in HHG moving
• Must have a chauffeur license ot ability to obtain one to drive box truck when needed
• Good driving record

Organization Relationships:

Will work with all levels in the organization as well as Customers.

Work Environment:

(With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly at the work site (customer house) packing/unpacking, loading/unloading truck, comunicating with Japanese customers and other staff members of what work needs to be done.
