COMPENSATION:

USD $23.00/Hr.
USD $24.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

Provides customer service to customers through phone calls and emails. Trains new office associates. Works with truckers to coordinate pickups.

 

  • Respond and work with customer inquiries.
  • Takes care of and routes orders accordingly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or requests through direct contact via telephone and email 
  • Works and coordinates special shipping requests with Warehouse team, Manager, supervisor, Team Lead and subordinates.
  • Trains new office staff in effective operations with accuracy and any changes/request made by customer.
  • Maintains a positive employee relations environment in compliance with Company policies and with customer.
  • Works under the supervision of the facility manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong teamwork skills and inclination
  • Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
  • Process improvement
  • Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Organization Relationships: 

Will work with all levels in the organization as well as Customers.

 

Work Environment:

(With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly sedentary office work, which involves sitting, typing, filing, and conversing on the phone.
