Job Description:        

• Examining cargo for damage or inconsistencies.
• Loading / unloading shipments from truck.
• Palletizing cargo
• Examining cargo documents.
• Coordinating between the cherry head office and Seattle office
• Checking Cherry Boxes and phytosanitary certificate
• Daily driving to and from Warehouse, Airlines, Trucking Companies and Seattle Branch due to pick up and delivery of documents.
• Other assignments required by export department depending on the needs of the department on this project.

Essential Job Duties:

• Must be able to work Overtime, Holiday and Weekends.
• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment.
• Detail oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have good (written / verbal) communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a timely manner.
• Must have a valid driver license with good driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift boxes (22 lbs)
• Ability to work under stress in a fast paced work environment.

• Pay Range: 
• Salary Pay Range: $23-26/hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
• Some computer skills including data entry and maintenance and working
• Some knowledge of general and Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, customs regulations etc.)

Organization Relationships:

Will work with all levels in the organization.
