This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. Provide high Quality Sales and Support for expanding Transatlantic business within the East Region:
Essential Duties:
• Sales Initiation with Existing and prospective Trans-Atlantic Clients (30%)
• Collaboration and coordination with Overseas and Branch locations (30%)
• Quotation support for ER Trans-Atlantic Bus (30%)
• Administrative Support for Regional Sales Activities (10%)
A. Technical
I. Maintain industry and market database, files and information
II. Prepare and support client quotation. Bids and RFQ’s through coordination and data base creation
III. Communicate with customers to provide the information and/or seek information to assist
IV. Customer service support for new and existing sales programs
V. Active Collaboration with East Region Branches and Overseas offices to develop forwarding business.
B. General support and interface functions
I. Day to Day interface between NEU East Region and NX/CP EU members for aligning customer requests and execution
II. Create SOP for customer business and align with internal operations for understanding
III. Oversee specific customer requirements and ensure execution by branch according to SOP
IV. Create Customer KPI reports as needed
C. Behavioral Requirements
