Responsibilities

1.   Manage general maintenance of offices and buildings.
2.   Coordinate education, onboarding, orientation, and setup for new employees.
3.   Handle, classify, archive and preserve branch documents (including contracts).
4.   Coordinate with the Legal Department to resolve compliance issues (license
      documentation, Atmos requirements, etc.).
5.   Process payroll reports for temporary employees.
6.   Manage visitor access and security protocols.
7.   Review supplier qualifications and service quality liaising with Accounting for contract
      documentation
8.   Purchase and manage office supplies (inventory and consumption tracking).
9.   Obtain, renew, and revoke licenses required for business operations.
10. Guide and coordinate with each department to ensure compliance with administrative
      requirements.
11. Investigate and resolve issues or deviations related to administrative operations.
12. Acts as a Branch Quality Representative maintaining ISO related documentation
13. Support quarterly management meetings with required administrative documentation.
14. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit requirements and ISO
      compliance.
15. Prepare and submit performance-related reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual,
     and annual basis.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00

 

This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role 

Qualifications

 

 High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Administration or Business Management preferred.
 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
 Knowledge of document and contract management.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Good organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

Organization Relationships:

This position will interact with branch colleagues, leadership staff, and office /warehouse personnel. Must be able to work with customers, vendors, and outside organizations.

 

Work Environment:
