Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

  • Lead the Corporate Sales Headquarters (CSHQ), setting strategy and performance direction across all U.S. and regional business units.
  • Drive top-line growth by securing new global customers and expanding key account relationships.
  • Collaborate across the Americas, Japan, and Europe to align commercial priorities and implement global account strategies.
  • Deliver high-impact reporting on revenue, budgets, and market performance to executive leadership.
  • Champion sales excellence through coaching, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with branch and regional leaders to drive synergy, consistency, and customer experience across the network.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

 

  • A strong academic foundation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics).
  • 10+ years’ senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
  • A track record of closing multi-million-dollar global contracts and leading diverse, high-performing sales teams.
  • The gravitas to influence at board level and the agility to execute in complex, matrixed environments.
  • A hands-on, people-focused approach — balancing strategy with coaching and empowerment.
