Purpose:

 

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven ability to lead successful teams, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain high operational standards in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment. This role oversees all warehouse functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement while promoting accountability and collaboration among staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational targets and plans aligned with branch and departmental objectives.
  • Direct the efficient and cost-effective layout, organization, and operation of the warehouse.
  • Manage inbound activities including receipt, storage, inventory control, and claims resolution.
  • Oversee outbound activities including order fulfillment, pick/pack operations, stock replenishment, and shipping.
  • Administer inventory management, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain the security of personnel, equipment, and facilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve high performance, accountability, and engagement.
  • Foster a positive work environment that supports teamwork, respect, and professional conduct.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all levels.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to build a strong, capable team.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing/Distribution, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics management and 5–10 years total in logistics or business administration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing warehouse operations and teams.
  • Proven experience working in a 3PL environment, with understanding of multi-client operations and service-level agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation systems.
  • Proficiency in automated inventory control and warehouse management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse teams and customer groups.
  • Professional appearance and attitude, with the ability to represent the company appropriately.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player while holding self and others accountable for results

Pay Range- $78,000-$88,000

Organization Relationships:

 

 This position will interact with all levels of employees at the branch, including colleagues, leadership staff, and office personnel.

 

Work Environment:

  • This position will require standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, and carrying heavy objects repeatedly.
  • Warehouse environment may be noisy and subject to varying temperatures.
