Purpose: 

The Lead Integration Analyst – WMS is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and delivery of Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes across NX warehouses. This role provides senior-level functional, technical, and business process leadership within multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring standardized, high-quality, and on-time implementations. The Lead Integration Analyst acts as a subject matter expert and mentor, driving process consistency, integration quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This position is 100% onsite in Des Plaines, IL 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of complex client and business requirements.
  • Own the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of WMS processes across multiple warehouse operations.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for warehouse process design and WMS integrations.
  • Provide strategic process optimization and improvement recommendations aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and review functional and technical specifications for WMS enhancements, EDI integrations, and reporting.
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for warehouse process standardization and change management.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to key users, end users, and junior analysts.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, methodologies, and implementation standards.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively escalating risks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Deliver regular, structured project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal technical team and operations teams.
  • Lead estimation efforts and provide input for RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
  • Support special initiatives, system rollouts, and continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 

This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of WMS implementation or integration experience
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and system landscapes
  • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms(e.g., NX inhouse WMS, Infios, Blue Yonder, etc)
  • Experience with EDI integrations and functional specifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Mexico/Canada)
